Cancellation & Membership Policy
Effective: July 1, 2025
1) Appointment Status
- Confirmed: Once your appointment is assigned to a clinician and time is set, the rules below apply.
- Unconfirmed: If your appointment is not confirmed before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
All times are local to the service address unless otherwise stated.
2) How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please notify us by either:
- replying to your appointment confirmation email, or
- submitting our contact form at ivewellness.com/contact-us.
(If SMS confirmations are enabled for your booking, replying to that message also counts.)
3) Standard Cancellation Windows (Confirmed Appointments)
- 24+ hours before start: Full refund; no fee.
- 2--24 hours before start: Refund minus a $50 cancellation fee per person.
- Within 2 hours of start or missed appointment: Non-refundable, subject to the group exception below.
Group Exception for Missed Guests (4+ people)
If your booking includes 4 or more people and some guests do not attend:
- Guests who receive service: charged in full.
- No-show guests: refunded for services but charged a $50 no-show fee per
person.
For groups of 3 or fewer, any no-show guest is charged in full.
Example: 10 booked, 5 attend → 5 are charged in full; 5 no-shows are refunded for services but charged $50 each.
4) Memberships (Vitamin IV, NAD, Peptide)
- Minimum term: 3 months.
- Early cancellation: If you cancel before completing 3 months, the remaining balance is due, unless you provide valid medical documentation.
- Use window: You may use any remaining treatments within the original 3-month window.
- Pauses: You may pause once for up to 30 days; requests must be made before the monthly charge posts.
- Unused treatments: No refunds on unused treatments.

5) Subscriptions (Shipped or Self-Administered Products)
Subscription products carry a minimum commitment of 3--4 months (varies by product and shown at checkout).
